Business Operation

Expansion Potential:

Business is currently operated between April and October by own choice.
The location, the climate are suitable to extend operation all year round, and work with a market that we have only started to address last year (e.g. yoga, artist, meditation, group retreats) as well to address digital nomads.
In addition, the license allows to serve food, which we have currently limited to 1-2 per week, again by choice.

Competition / Market:

There is a lot of competition in the lower price segment but we strongly differentiate ourselves for the quality of service, the high standard in the rooms, the pristine outdoor space and the fact that we do not accept children, addressing a specific segment of the clients, both for the portuguese and the international customer base.

Reasons for selling:

Initiating retirement, downsizing, considering that the sale might potentially take a longer time, we want to start early enough.
