Garden: The approx. 6,000 sqm extensive garden consists of mature plants, ensures flowering all year round and has been constantly improved with additional local plants and fruit trees over the last years and is maintained without the use of any chemicals.
It also includes two - very romantic - ponds, one of those completely renovated, equipped with professional filtering and oxygenation system.
Water: The property is connected to public water and has an intermediate deposit of 2,000 L.
A natural water source and a rich well provide plenty of water for the irrigation, the ponds and the pool.
Sewage: Licensed biological pit
Heating: The Main building (with the owner apartment and the majority of the rooms) has a central heating system with a 16KW Heatpump. The other rooms, the T1 and the Breakfast Lounge are heated / cooled with dedicated air conditioning.
Warm Water: Produced using solar panels (deposits of approx. 1'000 L)
Connectivity: An optical fiber connection provides fast WiFi (1000Mb/500Mb) across the property. Each room has a dedicated secured high-speed WiFi network ID available across the property.
Electricity: a 34,5 KVa connection with a e-vehicle charging station. Currently in process to install a large number of solar panels on the south/south-west oriented roofs. In addition, a 100KVa diesel generator is installed;
Parking: Available on private ground in front of the property and if needed inside the walls;
Outdoor furniture: Daybeds, pool-lounges, tables, chairs and sofa sets are custom made in viro-rattan and Sunbrella fabrics.
