Fantastic Agritourism Farm in Fundão seeks investment for expansion project in exchange for shares in the company and 2% interest per year
The farm belonged to the great-grandparents of Júlia Fernandes, who is now responsible for the agritourism that opened in 2015. It passed from generation to generation until, in 2011, they decided to launch an agricultural project in the cultivation space.
Four years later the first guests arrived, who continued to make the trip to the shores to enjoy the best the region had to offer. The house with six bedrooms also has a large common room, as well as a dining room where breakfast is served.
Although they do not serve meals — only upon request and with advance notice —, it is possible to snack on several boards of local cheeses and sausages cooked by the fireplace. In the summer months, the exterior opens onto a terrace and a swimming pool that towers over the agricultural land, the corn field and, further away, five thousand peach trees.
At the moment the Farm has Agritourism and only 6 bedrooms, swimming pool and breakfasts and an average income of €500,000/year
The farm also has corn and peach trees.
Now the farm has a wonderful expansion project and needs an investor.
