The camping area is divided into three principal sections; Cabeço has 48 electric hook-up points situated on relatively level land and a derelict dwelling occupies a space on the boundary. The second area is known as Vale; this a steeply undulating valley with 66 electric hookup-points. Within the two areas are two motorhome service points.
The final section is the western area which runs to the north and south of the reception and pool and currently has 84 occupied plots and two vacant plots.
The business generates income from the annual pitch fees, sale of units, commissions on second hand sales, subletting of rental units, camping receipts, swimming pool charges and the restaurant concession.
